Products sold on our website:

  • The products sold through our website are manufactured by various Brands, which are not owned, and or co-affiliated with KC Computers.
  • The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all taxes, shipping costs, packaging costs to the pin-code entered at the time of placing order. 
  • Prices for products are subject to change without notice, and are only fixed after payment has been made for the ordered quantity.
  • The prices offered on our website are only valid when purchasing through our website, located at  https://kccomputers.co.in.
  • KC Computers reserves the right to cancel an order in the event a product for which order has been placed, but is out of stock with us. An intimation to the customer via email/phone will be provided followed by a full refund. For more clarification on this, refer to Returns & Refunds page.
  • The quality and compatibility of the products is the sole responsibility of the respective Brands and Manufacturers. We only sell genuine branded products in their as-in condition (sealed or unsealed) as shipped to us from the Brands.  For any complaints or queries regarding product quality, please contact the respective brand representatives.
  • The images displayed for products or their boxes are for closest visualization of the product, and the actual product or its box may vary based on the revisions from the manufacturer.
  • The specifications for each product are for reference only, and KC Computers is not liable for any errors and/or changes that do not match the actual product. For exact details and specifications, please refer to the manufacturer's website.
  • Warranties mentioned for products will be provided by the respective brands only. KC Computers is not liable for any claims/disputes made to the brand if the brand fails to warrant the product for partial or complete duration mentioned in our website. 
  • Brand logos displayed on our website are owned by respective brand owners and KC Computers does not claim any ownership over them.

Orders

  • Orders are only accepted for further processing after the full payment is received. For orders with incomplete or partial payments, the order will stay on hold and prices subject to change.
  • For undelivered orders, the order will still be considered completed in the case of incorrect contact details/delivery address/closed premises/recipient unavailable/delivery refused.
  • Any discrepancies in product received or quality issues will not be entertained post two days of delivery of the order.
  • KC Computers reserves the right to reschedule or delay the shipping process beyond promised delivery date in the cases of Poor Climatic Conditions, Imposed Curfews, or any arising circumstances beyond our control.
  • Any orders placed using multiple email accounts for the purpose of exploiting promotional offers or discounts will be deemed cancelled and will be refunded after deducting any convenience or transaction gateway fees.

  • Shipping & RTO Charges will be deducted on all Refunds wherever applicable, only exception for this will be if KC Computers is at fault for the cause of return.
  • In Case the payment was made through our payment Gateway, refund will be processed after deducting gateway charges.
  • KC Computers reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
