Returns & Refunds
Cancellations
- For Cancellation of your order, Please notify us via Email (preferred) or Phone Call before your package is dispatched.
- We deduct a Nominal Charge of 2% on Order Cancellations.
- If your package has already been dispatched, please follow the steps for return procedure.
Returns
- Our Return Policy Lasts for 7 days from date of delivery of your order.
- Products which were ordered using a Coupon Code, are not eligible for a return.
- Returns are only valid if your product is unused, sealed and in original packing as received.
- There can be certain exceptions where refunds will be accepted for opened products, but only a partial refund will be provided, please contact us on Email for any such return Case.
Replacement
- If the product you received is different from what you ordered*, you must notify us via Email within 72 Hours of receiving the product, we will require images of package received to verify its condition while initiating return. *Please Note here that Product images on our website are only for a visual reference and may not represent the Original product. Please refer to product Model Number and Specifications for accurate information.
- We will initiate a return for your package, replacement product will be dispatched as soon as we receive the package from your side. Please Contact us Via E-mail for updates.
- In case replacement product is not available with us, we will provide a full refund.
Refunds
- Refunds generally take 7-10 Days to be reflected in Your Account.
- Refunds will be processed to the Original Mode Of Payment only.
- Refunds for Returned Items will be processed after deducting 2% Fee on Product Value.
- Shipping & RTO Charges will be deducted on all Refunds wherever applicable, only exception for this will be if KC Computers is at fault for the cause of return.
- In Case the payment was made through our payment Gateway, refund will be processed after deducting gateway charges.
